You add a lot of redundant talent to every team except Atlanta. Lakers are screwed for an SG. Atlanta could start Josh Childress, but that's not an improvement, and who're the Suns going to play? Doubtful they'd replace Nash with Johnson so Raja Bell? Then who'd play SF? Marion or Smith? and who's their center? Don't tell me Boris Diaw or Brian Skinner.
