Yes, we know it's over as far as the KG sweepstakes, but what the hell, this is just for fun. Although Danny Ainge would be tarred and feathered, I would do this deal in a second if I were Boston. Getting 3 of the most athletic and versatile players in the league from Phoenix would set up Boston for the next decade. Phoenix, on the other hand, wouldn't have a chance of going deep in the playoffs after giving up all of their depth and quickness. I think that Paul Gasol needs a new address, but not to LA. How many shots would he get playing next to you-know-who? Why is everybody trying to trade Lamar Odom? He is one of the most unselfish big men in the entire league, and a perfect sidekick for Kobe Bryant. What the Lakers need most is a tough, in-your-face inside player not afraid to mix it up. Gasol isn't that kind of player.

It would be very ironic for the Celtics to trade KG as they officially labeled them the trio.. Also the Suns lose out big time in this trade.. They lose Barbosa? an outstanding backup for nash.. Boris Diaw too? he did great to fill in the void when Stoudamire was out and will probably play better after his injuries heal.
boston wouldnt trade KG after giving up so many young players. if phx didnt trade amare for kg straight up, why would they do it now? and memphis wouldnt trade gasol especially not for LAs crap. kwame is a bust, odom has never made an allstar team, bynum is still a mystery he is about to be called a bust.

great trade for boston. PHX loses on this one: barbosa, diaw, and amare are not worth KG. Lakers win by getting Gasol and Swift. Grizzlies win by getting 3 underachievers who might start playing better (I wouldn't even mind starting those 3).

i hate to say it but that actually looks like one of the best trades i've seen posted here, but with one exception. boston is NOT going to trade garnett. they'd rather lose all 82 games next season, than trade KG. so that means that trade will not happen. but other than that, that actually looks like one of the best trades i've seen where all 4 teams benefit.
